About us
GymWizards.co.za is a gymnastics training company. We train children to do gymnastics and we train instructors to teach gymnastics. Gym Wizards CK 99/01593/234. We are not VAT Registered.
We have been the leaders in Educational Gymnastics in South Africa since 1998.
We present one of South Africa’s top recreational children’s school gymnastics, tumbling, trampoline and rhythmic programmes.
Use of Site
You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed- without the express consent (written) of the owner, and only for marketing purposes- for example social media marketing, bookmarking or content syndication. 'Deep-linking', 'embedding' or using analogous technology is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of this site and/or the materials contained on this site may violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws or other laws.

Product availability
Lead time for uniforms is dependent on stock availability. If we have stock and you have paid us, your order will be dispatched with your coach, for delivery at your school.
If we do not have stock, orders will only be made to our suppliers once payment appears in our bank account. Our suppliers require a minimum order of 25 items before production. This means that you might need to wait some time before your order is made. It takes 5-6 weeks for manufacturing to occur, after orders have been placed with our suppliers..
So, should the product not be in stock we will inform the client, and offer them the option for us to order it from our suppliers at a turn-around time of 5-6 weeks. This will be done via email. Should the client not wish to wait this long for their goods, we will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Every effort is made to effect delivery of your order timorously via your coach. However unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Gym Wizards.co.za will contact you via email and provide an alternative method of collection.
Delivery Policy
When you
click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to
refund of monies paid in any way agreed by
us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase
through this site or in any other way to Gym Wizards- unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions.
Once
payment is made for the product or service, it is deemed that you have read and
understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Once payment is made for
the tuition, it is deemed that you have read and understood the Membership and
Indemnity Agreement for such payment for lessons.
If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase- whether it is for tuition fees, administration fees, competition fees or uniforms.

Order processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment. It will not begin until we have the required number of paid for orders to give our suppliers. [Min 25]
Export Restrictions
Our clothing and uniform products are only available to South Africans at this moment.
Refunds/Returns Policy
• If a uniform product did not meet your expectations or you are not satisfied with a purchase you may return the product for a replacement or a refund within 14 days of delivery.
• You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns of clothing/uniforms. Returns will incur a 20% handling fee and you must advise us by e-mail on admin@gymwizards.co.za before returning the item/s.
• The goods must be returned to us undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 calendar days from date of delivery.
• We inspect your order carefully before making it available to you but sometimes damaged or defective items are manufactured. If this happens we will reimburse this return shipping upon verification of any faults of the product.
• If goods arrive defective upon receipt, you have up to 7 days from date of receipt to request exchange for a new one. Item must be returned in its original and unused condition and must also be in its original box and packing.
Note: Gym Wizards CC recommends customers should make use of a courier company that offers both shipment tracking and insurance for your package, for a safe return. Please declare the full value of the shipment.
Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost or damaged in transit, no refund or return will be considered. Loss or damage will be for your account.

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
Gym Wizards CC endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products; you're total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).
Gym Wizards CC reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

You will need to load Gym Wizards as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use your unique registration code (the one you received when you registered your child with Gym Wizards!) in the reference line for your payment.

Direct Deposit
You may pay for your products/lessons through a direct deposit. It’s exactly the same as doing an EFT payment, except you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. As a reference, please use your unique registration code (the one you received when you registered your child with Gym Wizards!) in the reference line for your payment.

Monitoring

I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by Gym Wizards CC for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
