Typical Shedule
- 15 Minutes: Welcome, Orientation, Warm-up, and Gym Rules
- 40 Minutes: Gym Type Games, Obstacle Courses, Gymnastics Instruction
- 25 Minutes: Drink/Snack Break, Party Cake, and Candles
- 30 Minutes: More Games and Free Play (Supervised)
- 10 Minutes: Cool Down and Closing Ceremony (Gift and Certificate for Party Boy/Girl)

Party numbers must be confirmed at least 7 working days before the event. Any decrease in numbers on the day will still incur charges based on the original booking. For additional guests, please notify us as early as possible. While we strive to accommodate all requests, limitations on numbers ensure safety and quality service
The minimum requirement for a party is 10 children. We can cater for parties of up to 25 people max (parents and children) if required.
Gym Wizards offers some décor for parties, but you’re welcome to bring your own as well. Please note that we do not provide catering at this time, so feel free to bring your own platters!
At least one birthday parent must stay during the party. We request one adult per 5 children, so for example, if you have 15 children, we expect 3 adults to be present at all times. Parents hosting the party are responsible for the well-being of the children until they are picked up by their own guardians. Additionally, parents must be present in the party room during refreshments and food service.
You will be assigned a dedicated party host to ensure that all runs smoothly and you the parents have an opportunity to relax and enjoy the party. Parents must be present in the party room when refreshments and the party food is being served- however parents may not enter the gymnasium. Our trained gymnastics instructors will ensure your children are entertained with games, obstacle courses and gymnastics instruction on the specialized equipment.
You are more than welcome to bring in your own cake and party packs to add a personal touch to your celebration.
We do not supply birthday cakes at this time.
Under 4 year old’s visiting the venue will not be allowed in the Gymnasium area to play and must be accompanied by an adult who is older then 21 years old – in the Party Room.
Yes he/she will also pay as part of the party package selected pricing.
Only the children [4 years and older] and Gym Wizards teachers may enter the gymnasium. Parents and younger children may not enter. There is however a watching window so that everyone can observe the activities!
“Party arrangements can be modified or canceled up to 7 working days before the scheduled event without charge. Cancellations within this period will incur a 50% late cancellation fee. Bookings made within the 7-day window cannot be canceled or moved without incurring the same late cancellation charge.
