Club Activities
- Tumbling (beginners welcome): Our tumbling sessions cater to children of all skill levels, from beginners taking their first steps in gymnastics to more advanced participants looking to refine their techniques and master new skills.
- Trampoline: Bounce and soar through the air on our trampoline, where kids can experience the thrill of gravity-defying jumps and flips in a safe and controlled environment.
- Ninja and Parkour: Challenge agility and strength with our exciting Ninja and Parkour activities. Children can navigate through obstacle courses, conquer climbing walls, and unleash their inner ninja warrior under the guidance of our experienced coaches.
- Arts & crafts: Stimulate creativity and imagination through painting, drawing, and crafting. Children explore a variety of artistic mediums, allowing them to unleash their creativity and create their own masterpieces to proudly take home.
- Fun Social Skills Games: Enjoy interactive activities fostering teamwork, communication, and social skills. Through engaging challenges, kids build friendships and develop essential life skills in a supportive environment.
- Snack Breaks: Don’t forget to pack snacks for break times! We encourage children to refuel and recharge with healthy snacks and drinks during designated break periods to keep their energy levels up throughout the day.
- Small Groups (max 10 kids per coach): Our small group sizes ensure personalized attention and quality instruction. With a maximum of 10 children per coach, we focus on each child’s individual needs, provide tailored feedback, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
- Gymnastics SA Qualified Coaches: Certified by Gymnastics South Africa (GSA), our highly trained professionals specialize in child development, gymnastics instruction, and safety protocols. Your child is in capable hands with our experienced coaching staff.
To ensure safe play for children aged 4-10, we have structured our groups based on age.
Under Five Years
Our activities provide a safe and supportive environment for exploration and growth. Introductory tumbling classes and gentle trampoline bounces encourage movement and coordination. Ninja and Parkour challenges foster agility and coordination. Arts & crafts sessions stimulate creativity and fine motor skills. Social games promote interaction and cooperation. With experienced coaches, children under 5 embark on a journey of discovery and fun!
5-10 Years
Our activities provide diverse opportunities for growth and enjoyment. Tumbling classes refine skills across all levels, while trampoline sessions offer an exhilarating experience. Ninja and Parkour challenges enhance agility and problem-solving abilities. Arts & crafts encourage creativity, and social games promote teamwork. Guided by qualified coaches, children embark on an exciting journey of exploration and development!
