Once We Have Received Your Booking:
    • A staff member will contact you to confirm your details and time.
    • If your time is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative to suit.
    • Your host will go over the party booking conditions and talk you through the party day procedure.
    • If you are happy to go ahead with the booking our staff will ask you to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your party booking.
    • Once you have paid your deposit (either in person or via internet banking*) your booking is confirmed.
