Lil' Ninja Classes Ages 4-6

Children will learn progressions and terminology for skills used in Ninja training, including rolling, vaulting, basic large gross motor skills, jumping, falling, swinging, climbing, and more. Our Li’l Ninja Classes, designed for ages 4‑6, focus on developing body coordination, spatial awareness, and listening skills — all essential for achieving Ninja Training Level White. Through these engaging activities, children are introduced to the fundamentals of kids parkour, giving them a fun, safe, and structured way to explore movement while building confidence and self-awareness.

Ninja training combines gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training, and freestyle movement to provide a well-rounded introduction to the exciting world of Ninja Sport. In our Li’l Ninja classes, children practice flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks alongside strength and agility courses designed for their age and ability. This fast-paced, energetic approach to movement ensures that children develop a strong foundation for future success, while also learning important values and character-building techniques. Incorporating elements of kids’ parkour helps children improve balance, coordination, and spatial awareness in a fun and safe environment.
